In light of a recent tragedy where the fandom lost one of its most energetic and brightest stars, I have been thinking about what is actually important to me and what I want out of life.

And what I thought I wanted is not what I want anymore.

I know what is important. My friend who I have met through this wonderful fandom and the friends I have yet to make. My whole perspective on life has changed.

I feel lucky and honored to be part of something so wonderful.
