Hmm I would like to hear from the commissioner why they wanted Ino to turn into a monster.
Seemed oddly specific to pick these two things and mash them together so I suspect to be a reason.
In any case I love the presentation on this one. Pre existing characters from anime transforming is the kind of stuff I really like to see so this is a real treat.

Well, commissioner speaking. I don’t really have a reason xD at the time a friend was talking to me about Naruto, and Ino was my favorite girl from the series. At the same time I was also playing monster hunter and I am a fan of the Rathalos in the game. Aaaand it just kinda went from there ^^; I hope that’s no big issue?
I'm showing my Monster Hunter knowledge, but I can't help but see this as a tf/tg merely because Azure Rathalos, as all Rathaloses, are the male counter part for the Rathian.
Still, a fantastic piece that once again shows the asymmetry of changes that so delights me with your work. You even managed to get in a little clothing damage on the right arm with her mesh already torn away by her growing wyvern wings.
