This is Tsumori, he was an evil dragon created by one of my friends who torment's my character, or tormented her, she hasn't run into him for a while. Anyway this is one of my more favorite newer dragon pictures, I drew the linework in my book and then I coloured him in photoshop CS. Because My scanner is just a LITTLE too small it cut his foot off and caused his tail to move in closer to his head then it was originally. But I LOVE his colours and his face. I was using peacock's as a refernce for his colouration, the shiny blue feathers on them.
