Ohhhhh, I would love to see a part two to this picture. Either the one asking to spot him ends up doing more or if all three of them acted as his "Coaches" to help him get a vigorous workout with every part of his body. I can only imagine them giving him the workout of his life, only to join him in the showers afterwards~
