This is the Flag flown by all sea fairing vessels with home ports located in the Chipmunk Kingdom and its territories. Vessels of the Royal Navy are to fly the War Banner above or along side the Maritime Flag. This flag features the National Flag in its canton while the fly is emblazoned with a ship's anchor. The blue field represents the seas. This flag represents perseverance (the anchor), faith in the sun and country (the canton) over the perils of the stormy seas (the field).
