I’ve been in a bit of an art drought lately due to being so busy at work as well as an unexpected move. (I’m fine just had to find a new place in Atlanta to live.) I picked up a few ShinHanart Markers with my last paycheck to give them a whirl but needed a project. When I was home over Christmas I came across this old drawing I did of Sally from when I was probably 10 or 11. It’s referenced from a Steven Butler panel and figured I would give it a go. It’s funny to see how much you’ve learned drawing the same character 14 years later.

I’m happy to report that I’ve shown this to Butler and he approves!

Expect a couple of posts in the next few days. I recently entered a number of pieces into the employee gallery show at work. I’m very proud of the works and very eager to show them.
