I like how large you made his biceps and how they almost go over his head (Well, maybe they will eventually) I think you could have put a little more detail or emphasis on the triceps though. Also his left (our right) arm looks like it's moving behind his back rather than being squared up with his chest, if that makes sense.

I think the chest looks really nice! It's really well proportioned to the rest of him and the shadow below it helps them pop off the page. I like the abs too! Or, rather how its that in-between of abs and a gut, if you will. I think it fits the character nicely. Personally for the legs I would have made them a bit longer, but I know since he's a Corgi the whole point is to make him short.

I really like this character and I hope you draw him more in the future!

Do you know how hard it is to mold your legs? especially for a corgi? Damocles did what any of his race would not do, to strengthen himself, when he was a child he was not like that, he was dwarf and fat and always annoyed by the other children.

Yep! Since his legs are shorter he has less leverage, so he can't move the same weight as easily as someone taller could. Plus, he has less space to fit muscle. I'm sorry if my critique was a little too harsh of how you drew the legs, it was not my intention to be rude if it came off that way.
