Where do stray thoughts go? Do they simply vanish, returning to the insubstantial cloud from whence they came, or are they really just lingering on the ill-defined borders of our dreamscapes? And why am I constantly thinking about things like this?

I hate that - I get home from work at two in the morning, physically exhausted from nine hours of dealing with the same bullshit every night, but it takes me hours to finally drift into a restless sleep-like state so I have some energy to repeat the process the next day.
