Fluffmaster Caught the Woofy
He was standing in the middle of the street, staring at the cars passing by.... It was a calm day, and the weather was warming up nicely.
"Thank goodness the winter's disappearing. It's too cold as it is." The white werewolf gave a long sigh, feeling glad the gloomy season was coming to an end.
"I know, right, Woofy?" The werewolf felt a weight on his shoulder, as if someone was leaning against him. He jumped back, eyes wide in surprise. Standing beside him was a werewolf, similar to himself, but with different colors and sporting clothes... and a large belly.
"Sergeant Wolf!" Woofy remarked, scurrying backwards on the sidewalk, feeling his claws clatter against the ground in his haphazard manner of escape. "Where did you... how did you...?"
"Winter's no fun!" Sergeant Wolf remarked, pulling out a camera.... Woofy recognized this camera from the warnings people had given him. He backed up, feeling his back pressing against the cold stone of the wall behind him.
"Don't! I hate my picture being taken!" Woofy cried aloud.
"Oh, but you look so good!" The werewolf smiled, positioning the camera. "I'll even take a selfie! Come on, get in the frame!"
"Gah! No!" Woofy turned around and began bolting to his lef-
"Smile!" The werewolf called.
Click.
Woofy wanted to run more, but a sudden hefty weight was felt on his midriff. As he attempted to run, he felt this weight press gently against his legs, but at the same time, he felt with the strange 'weight'. He stopped running, finding his legs were buckling slightly underneath a sudden influx of 50 pounds on his facade.... He now had a belly, and it was not going to go away....
"Hey! I said to look happy! Not look like you're depressed you can't get the last bit of your winter weight off!" The werewolf ran up to Woofy and frowned.
"I tried so long to avoid you, yet here I am." Woofy poked at his belly, feeling it easily give way to his finger.
"Let's take another, but smile this time!" The werewolf remarked, oblivious to Woofy's disdain.
Woofy's ears went back as he stared at the camera. He smiled a big, toothy grin, but his eyes were distraught and confused. "Fiiiine." He mumbled through his gritted teeth. "You got me."
