I'll stick with my fried bacon (just enough to cook it, but not enough to make it crisp) wrapped around a fillet, then barely cooked so it's still raw in the inside. Covered in a delicious rub of cayenne pepper, tyme, and other spices for my secret recipe. Served up with some sauteed mushrooms.
