A young boy, Jack Sawyer, finds that his mom is dying of a disease, and learns that the one thing that can help her, the Talisman, is in an alternate dimension to our world, The Territories.
Flipping between both worlds, he's accompanied by a teenage werewolf, Wolf, and later on by his childhood friend, Richard, facing all sorts of adventure, horror, and other things.
