seeing how well the trubbish one came out here's another one. i like to choose the hard-to-explain ones
im probably gonna start a series of this, i like writing descriptions for these
While Cofagrigus is believed to be a ghost, it is in fact a cephalopod.
Its main body is usually protected by an artificial shell. This can be anything, but the Pokemon usually uses a sarcophagus due to its convenient shape and size. The only parts visible without dissecting the Pokemon are its long arms and its face. Its eyes have 5 rods instead of 3, allowing it to see ultraviolet and infrared rays, essentially giving it night vision. Unfortunately, this takes alot of blood, and as a result, its eyes are almost always bloodshot.
As a carnivore, it uses its sharp teeth to bite and tear flesh and its hands to capture prey easily. Unlike other cephalopods, Cofagrigus has no beak, instead having a mouth similar to humans. It is first sent to a crop, where it is ground further, and then the gizzard, and excreted in the form of feces. The large organ in the center of Cofagrigus is its kidney, with its heart and lungs attached to it. It has two massive ovaries on either side, and reproduces via oviposition.
Instead of tentacles, this Pokemon has four long arms that uses to walk around and grab things. They have no bones, but are lined with thick, strong muscle. There is a thick nerve that runs through the arms and into each finger, ending in a sensitive nerve cluster.
Cofagrigus has the ability to levitate due to gas buildup inside its shell. When it pushes itself into the air, it floats, but constantly needs to lift itself off the ground to keep floating.
