Frikin awesome! the setting, the details, the expression and the mix of future with noir is just super cool!

Reminds me of Dirty Harry movie with the phrase "Are you feeling lucky, punk?"

The mesh transparency. I recently leaded that was used on the Sega Saturn a lot. Also, the way you imply lighting by only showing the rain is a nice detail.

Yes! I actually made a specific brush for this (to save me placing each individual pixel. It's a very simple pattern effect and it gives you an extra shade of each colour to play with.

Heheh Thanks! I was worried I went a bit overboard with all the smoke and lights. Then again, most of what people describe as 'the Blade Runner' vibe is exactly that. xD

This is incredibly rad, friend, and it brings me nostalgic memories of videogame "cutscenes" from the 90s which were really just pixelly scenes like this with maybe a little animation. Makes me want to know more about the world we're getting a peek at. Excellent work. n_n

I come back to look at this again and notice the sequence of drips forming from the end of the gun. The amount of little detail in this is incredible.
