Pearl is an NPC of the Pokemon RP game I run, she mostly helps the team in dealing with the red tapes behind the scene when dealing with Team Apocalypse and other criminal teams. Despite her age, she seems to have some backing, but the team is quick to learn even she has a limit how far she can reach for them without putting herself or her reputation on the line for a bunch of riffraff trainers.
