I've temporarily named this design Hum! Hum the Dutch Angel Dragon. Why? Because they're based off of an Anna's Hummingbird!
Anna's hummingbirds are very special little animals. Their feathers, especially their face/heads, are covered in iridescent feathers that change colors depending on the angle that the light hits them. One minute they are stunning vibrant colors, and the next they are drab and grey. Absolutely stunning birds -- Which makes an absolutely stunning dragon!
I highly recommend googling a quick video to see it yourself, I guarantee that explaining it doesn't do them nearly enough justice without looking with your own eyes!
Hum is a smaller dragon -- Along the vein of Cat-sized rather than larger. Though, this is your choice, of course! Feel free to change it. Their wings are shaped very similar to their favourite bird, the hummingbird! If you catch this dragon on a particularly sunny day, you'll be greeted with quite a sight...
