This one was a suggestion - I'm not familiar with The Adventures of Gulliver, but she's a li'l cutie and I got inspired!
My suggestion.
Flirtacia was voiced by Ginny Tyler who played Jan in the 1960s Space Ghost cartoon and Sue Storm the Invisible Girl in the 1970s Fantastic Four (the ones with HERBIE the robot replacing The Human Torch). Flirtacia was the token girl in the Lilliputian group who accompanied young Gary Gulliver and his dog Tag who was searching for his lost father (who was never found in the series) while avoiding bad guy Captain Leech who was seeking the treasure map that Gulliver had. Flirtacia was smitten with young Gulliver but the size difference was awkward.
