<sup>UPDATE (5/11/2019): Eva's revamp was also not a drastic one, but she did gain some modifications- her outfit was slightly changed, her badge changed, her shout definitely changed, and her figured also changed a bit.

UPDATE (8/22/2021): Eva's second revamp was not a drastic change from her first. Aside from the inclusion of color, her face and hairstyle change. The change in face was so she could be a saluki like Crystal. The hair was to give her a more fun hairstyle. Finally, her last name was changed from "Retriever" to "Frost".</sup>

For another revived character with a complete design overhaul, we have Crystal's mom, Eva Frost! Eva was once Dot City's most legendary defense attorney, almost a celebrity in her own right who had gotten the feared nickname of "The Ice Queen of the Courtroom" thanks to her cold glare, she would stand for nothing less in court than the absolute truth. 15 years ago she retired from being a lawyer, and she's currently a law professor at the Dot City Academy of Law.

Eva is meant to resemble an older Crystal (she's her mom, after all). You can also see where Crystal got her killer glare from, and yet despite this Eva isn't anywhere near as hotblooded as her own daughter, instead she's a bit more... icy in personality. Can only imagine why that is.
