Family: Stel (older brother), Kyma and Jyma (twin younger sisters)

Born as the middle child to parents of minor nobility, Alwyn has had a tough ladder to climb ever since her birth. Born with one violet and one green eye, she was pitied immediately by her peers. While heterochromia isn't exactly uncommon, the two colors were often symbolic of what may happen in a child's life. In Alwyn's case, her eyes were seen as a sign of one who was unlucky.( It should be noted there is a difference between “unlucky” and to have “ bad luck”).

Setting out at a young age to prove them wrong, Alwyn began to study in the ways of becoming an archmage; a powerful spellcaster that could humble armies, alter the fabric of storms, and harness the power of the stars themselves. After several decades of her youthful career, she was able to master two opposing elemental powers, that of earth and air, being able to switch spells on the fly as if it was but a part of her own heart beat. (it wasn't unusual for those of heterochromia to be able to learn opposite elements or powers, as it was often seemed a natural gift for them to do so).
