I’ve been wanting a nice quality chess set for some time, even though I don’t play the game very often. My old, plastic set is even older than this greymuzzled bear. So, I decided to treat myself when my birthday came around this year.
I happened to find this Wild Animals of America set which features bears as the kings and of course, I was sold immediately. The pieces are
King: Black Bear
Queen: Lynx
Bishop: Coyote
Knight: Mustang
Rook: Armadillo
Pawn: Eastern American Chipmunk
