I felt like drawing a Lapras... and man I cannot draw water. If anyone has any tips or guides, throw them my way.

Lapras... I love Lapras. They're so sad and adorable. I mean, just look at the dex entries:

'They have gentle hearts. Because they rarely fight, many have been caught. Their number has dwindled. '

'People have driven Lapras almost to the point of extinction. In the evenings, this Pokémon is said to sing plaintively as it seeks what few others of its kind still remain.'

Combine that with the song I was listening to while drawing this *points at title* and you have a weepy Fonsui.
