YCHs (Your Character Here) are really popular on this site, and they sell pretty well. Flat-rates, or some artists have them in auction style with a starting bid, minimum bid increases, and an auto-buy feature if someone wants to just out-right claim it and not wait for an auction to end and potentially lose out on the piece. I would look into that maybe?

Ych's? hmmm, i've never been much of a fan of those, but i do tend to see people flock tto them, i guess the appeal is that unlike commissions, you know what you are actually paying for... perhaps, perhaps i will try one of those, it might just be my best bet.

That's definitely what I find appealing about them because when I see the base image I think about all the characters I have and 'who can I see in that scenery or situation?' then if I can see it, it's 'does it fit my character so well that I want to pay to own this piece?' if the answer is yes, we buy it if we have the spending money after bills. I've seen YCHs help quite a few of my friends out when they were in a tough situation so I feel pretty strongly in their favor

Hearing this from someone who likes Ych's is very informing. so, i'll most def give that a try. :'v once... i get a bit better at anatomy, my current skill set miiight be a bit... iffy? might be the word, i need to get a better consistency, so i can offer proper anatomically correct ych's.

The sad truth is that porn will get you everywhere.

As you've already said, it can seem very limited. That in itself can be a challenge, to find something fresh or at least satisfying - using elements like story, dynamics, facial expressions and more.

But then, that's just my bias because it's why I'm on FA in the first place. XD

xD It sounds... complicated to make interesting porn, i've certainly seen some worth viewing on here, but... yeah thats something i need to add to my "Study that thing" list.

If you happen upon some interesting porn, write down what interests you about each picture, eg "emotion, action".

Also write down how many times a particular element appears among the scenes you like, eg "boobs (3), emotion (5), action (2), lingerie (6)".

Pretty soon you should have a good idea of which elements make a porn picture interesting to you.

Based on this list, you could draw non-boring porn and I could perv at it. >;)
