I would definitely recommend looking into free to use bases, not only filling in the lines but going over the lines to get good muscle memory and practice with the shapes. Deviantart has a huge source of bases, as long as they're credited! https://www.deviantart.com/?section=&global=1&q=f2u+bases
Also, look into watching speed-paints on youtube! You can see the steps some artists do to make their arts c:
And for ideas, there's lots of prompt generators and even color palette generators that can spur some great ideas! http://artprompts.org/ https://coolors.co/c9daea-03f7eb-00b295-191516-ab2346
And for poses, a great tool is posemaniacs! http://www.posemaniacs.com/

Not bad as a start! You're noticing a lot of details and it's clear that you're starting to build your observation skills. :)
Building observation skills is really important for drawing, and looking at photo reference is crucial when you're starting out! I'd recommend looking at photos of animals and people, and drawing those a lot to get a feel for how people and animals look and move! That'll give you ideas when it comes to making your own drawings, so that you don't feel like you have to copy those of other people!
This guy helped me a lot when I was starting out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74HR59yFZ7Y
And this site can give you a lot of photo references for practicing: https://line-of-action.com/practice-tools/
Congrats on giving drawing a try! :)
