So recently I've been playing a gem of a game called Ghost of a tale http://store.steampowered.com/app/4.....ost_of_a_Tale/ which is an absolutely adorable game where you are a tiny mouse among all these huge creatures like rats. The gameplay play consists of stealth and adventure which both work fine, there the game shines is in the witty dialogue and amazing world building. I ended up reading every book and text dialogue I could find, I just loved every bit of it!^^
So this is Silas, a mysterious benefactor to your escape, he does want something in return so never know if he is an ally or not. I very much liked him so I hope to draw more Ghost of a Tale fanart in the future^^

He may be a rat, but I found that I actually cared about this character. I kept playing cause I wanted to know more about him. I even felt a little worried when he got arrested and there was tension revolving around whether he would live or die. All that for one of the most despised animals on Earth. Bravo to the creators for making this wonderful game.
For the most part, the storytelling is pretty solid, although I will admit I found the Disney Twist Villain to be a little jarring. With Silas, you could kind of prepare for him to be a twist villain since some things about him were questionable (Though he turned out not to be, at least not unless they make a sequel. They said they might announce something this year, But I don't know if I would get my hopes up) but for "Mrs. Bellwether," There was literally no indication that the character would be a twist villain until the big reveal.
