Mike was walking quietly in the nocturnal forest. And it was odd. Usually Mike wasn’t a evening person, because he would relax under the shade of three in afternoon, but there was something that night that was different from the other ones. It was almost…particular, magical. Like if there was something that attracted him. So before to return at his home to enjoy a delicious dinner, he stopped on a good spot of the forest and lied blessed on the grass. He looked up to the full moon that was gleaming in the dark sky filled of sparkling stars. To feel more relaxed, he had taken his shoes off, too. Once placed himself comfortable, he remained enchanted from the light that was brightening the dark sky. He never took occasion to stop observing it, and he admitted to himself that he was beautiful. In that moment a light, but cool breeze was blowing on him. It was passing through the black and dark feathers of his face. He felt like if the wind was blowing away all the problems that had in that moment. He liked that sensation that was proving. He thought to himself that maybe sometimes he should stop also in the night to relax, beside in the afternoon.
Also, he wasn’t aware of some ants that were scampering around, and they were coming close to his taloned feet. Those poor ants better watch out, because those sharp talons look like they could do some damage... especially when it's hard to see where you are in the dark of night.
