Timeless Cast (22): Dart Swift
UPDATE (5/1/2019): Dale had a drastic redesign. Just about everything about him changed- outfit, pose, even the design of his rat species!
UPDATE (3/8/2021): Dart had a bit of a revamp in design to make him more gangly-looking, and more menacing. He also has his color scheme.
Here we've got another blast from the past! Dart Swift, the current racing champion, has become exponentially more smug and mean over the years. He also has a hobby for shooting targets over the weekends, hence why he's got a revolver on his hand.
Right here we've got another of the more antagonistic characters, but I'm quite pleased with seeing how slimy-looking he turned out. After all, no good story is complete without a couple of jerks, especially with a cast as big as this one. So I hope you like him. Or hate him, whatever works for you all. ;>
