Though Mina got a sizable head start in heading back to HQ from the restaurant, it’s not long before Al’s giant strides allow him to catch up!

On the way back to the office, Al decides to rest in a park. The sun feels nice, and what harm could a few minutes in the sun be? Beth attempts to remind him that he’s on the verge of another wardrobe malfunction, but Al doesn’t seem perturbed.

Al’s rest in the park turned into a full-blown nap, growing the whole time. He somehow managed to wedge himself in among the buildings! If he grows much more, the buildings might not make it.

Beth returns from the office with a change of clothes, knowing that Al’s nap would likely have left him unclothed before long. She DID kinda hope he’d be awake by now, though. He’s causing all kinds of traffic problems down there!

Beth nudges Al awake with her hoof and makes him get dressed. She insists they get home before something ELSE goes wrong. Al wonders what she’s so grumpy for, and she says that ray she used to grow might have been on the fritz; she still feels kinda tingly….
Beth’s grumping is interrupted mid-sentence by a growth spurt, sending her even taller than Al, whose unexplained growth today remains slow and steady. He debates running off and making her find him again, but settles on sticking around.
