I can't help but notice he is getting stressed because he insists on proposing while on vacation.
If, Ruff was patient, he could enjoy the trip as much as Voff is enjoying it.
I KNOW that most people want to be proposed to in surprising, dramatic ways - and that is fine.- I just don't think it's necessary.
