Not much is known about the Esoteric Dragons and particularly the Dream Dragon. Dream dragons are a species of esoteric dragon native to the elusive Dimension of Dreams. They consider themselves the masters of that demiplane, and spend their lives hunting its shifting expanse. This is actually all that exists within the source material about this particular breed of dragon! Mysterious~!
