It's not easy for me to admit, because I have Jolteon chars myself, and they were my first eeveelution love....
But I like Umbreons better. Though right now, Sylveon is probably my favorite.

In order, I'd probably go Sylveon, Umbreon, Flareon, Espeon, Jolteon, Leafeon, Glaceon and finally Vaporeon.

Well, let's see; Vaporeons are my personal favorite, because im a water-type lover.
However, when it comes down to it, Umbreons and Sylveons often seem to be the best looking, appearance-wise when it comes to anthropomorphising them. In that regard, Umbreons are my favorite.
Now, if we're talking actual gameplay, that would also be Umbreons, but also Espeons.
So, with this information, it's safe to assume that Umbreons are the best Eeeveelution, Espion's second, and a tie between Vaporeon, Sylveon, and Glaceon for third.
