I drew Cyrus the skeleton skald more than once! Pretty good for someone I never played really.
I was watching through the entirety of One Piece at the time of this drawing so yes it's an obvious Brook joke. I dunno how big of an influence Brook would've been on Cyrus's personality, probably not that much since he wasn't supposed to be that goofy or boisterous. But eh, skeleton musicians.
Also was showing off that he would sometimes wear a hat (inspiring the hat Phoenix Wright wears in Apollo Justice) or sunglasses (I dunno just Elton John glasses), cause a part of his gimmick was that he kind of tried to make his undead-ness not very obvious, even though I think in the campaign's setting the undead weren't uncommon or anything.
