Well as I said, teh hat. I gave you good references, and al of them show Sparky with her hat, her shoes, and ahem... a bigger, bustier torso. ;}

You did the pants all right, but I demand that the feet are either made appropriate to the references, or have her shoes on.

The hair only twists once, you made it twist twice. I'm sorry for being picky like that, though... I shouldn't spit on something free.
