Naw, you do great, and you're getting better all the time. Your work is as good or better than lots of folks here that sell commissions on a regular basis.
Is doing YCHs something you'd want to do? That could be worth trying. A lot of people have a hard time thinking of what to commission. And there are always people who want Didney-style stuff, and no question you do that well. Adoptables are another possibility, of course...
A lot of artists aren't really business people or salespeople. Promoting yourself can be a lot of work, and it's not necessarily exactly fun. Also, it takes time to build a following and customer base. If you just keep at it you should do fine!
