In the scene I see a Man who no long loves but a friend who loves him. Though he thinks he's using her to get what he wants i.e. pussy,sexual satisfaction, call it what you will. Instead she is letting her self be used so she can show him some joy and comfort in is rather painful life. she is in control the whole time and he doesn't know it. She cares in a way that maybe he'll never understands or perhaps one day will but she will always be there for him to show him love still exist.
