ALRIGHT I guess I'll just keep doing DnD/Pathfinder characters. The next ones are furry, I swear.
So this is a weird guy, he's the character I made for the campaign that was planned to start after the one Johnny 5 and Punch were in concluded, which unfortunately never got off the ground beyond a test session and one actual session.
This guy is an undead skeletal Bard/Skald named Cyrus that plays guitar and weilds a fullblade because 4th edition kinda just lets you do weird shit like that without much fuss. He's also wearing a lot of modern clothing due to the setting of the campaign being in a modern era for a fantasy world, with skyscrapers and companies and whatever else. Thus, hoodie, bandana, sneakers, and bulletproof vest. Dunno where he got that but eh.
His basic gimmick is that he's an undead that's so old that he's basically forgotten everything about himself and his past purely from the passage of time, which he's mostly cool with, but he still finds the loss of memories and history in general to be sad. Thus, he decided to be a skald in order to record whatever things he happens upon, just so somebody will remember them.
I tend to make new tabletop characters as reactions to the previous one in whatever line of campaigns, like a Doctor Who regeneration thing (y'know like Patrick Troughton was a goofy space hobo and Jon Pertwee was a dashing rogue kinda thing in response). So in contrast to the way more blunt and happy-go-lucky Johnny 5, Cyrus was going to be a lot more smooth and laidback. Charismatic and comedic when he needed to be, but generally happy with just chilling and doing whatever.
This is pretty much the only DnD character I've never gotten to play, and I still have all his old stuff, so who knows, maybe I'll find a use for him someday.
