What is March Madness?
A challenge and growth for myself in which I do a single sketch/study for 1 (with as small 5-10 grace period). I was selling a slot for $10 for SFW and $15 for NSFW but starting week 3 I will be increasing the price by $5 to offset the fees and boost my enthusiam. The goal is to train myself to work with and through my chronic hand pains as well as to practice techniques to alleviate the pain during drawing. Sadly, the pain has gotten pretty bad at times which is also why there is a slight price increase. I also try to use photo refs whenever possible to study and analyze as a way to improve my skills. The pose and look is determined by me but I ask for 3 words to use as themes and I ask that you use broad terms and concepts ie Fantasy, Elegant, Curious, Sci-Fi, Military, Peaceful etc etc

Done for  dractaco in 1 hour and 6 minutes. Was given absolute artistic freedom and I took it like a little gremlin and just RAN with it! Blue hydrangeas have a lot of meanings and symbolism but I settled on the "boastfulness" aspect as the sona was a draconid. The ref sheet showed how expressive he was and I wanted to focus on the dominate dragony aspect that I felt when looking at the design. Here were have a boastful draconid breathing blue flames and smoke <3 Powerful heat >:3
Photo refs used: Actually used a myriad of photos for the hydrangea, generic human portrait to get the dead on viewer stare, and a lizard photo to kind of get how the nostrils would look at this angle.
