Not really.
You'd need to have some kind of a credit card/bank card as a minimum second option for in case you don't have the funds in Paypal.
That and Paypal has been kinda jumpy about certain flow rates of money in and out without hitting/coming from a bank account. And I've heard stories about folks on FA getting their Paypal's locked for theories of money laundering.
