As the creature kept growing, he left the streets of Newburyport to the close coast.
And a good thing it was, for his body was still swelling with more muscle and power, quickly dwarfing not just the town, but the entire country.
And as he visibly enjoyed it and continued to flex and show off, he also kept growing, bigger with each passing second...

There was a Black Lagoon musical stage show back in July of 2009; 
Ryuakira went to see it together a little after its debut, enjoyed it, and we were even pleasantly surprised it had a growth scene in it. Unfortunately, parts of the set caught on fire in October of the same year and had to be shut down sometime after that.
