Its the gay bro Ikaras!

And I just really wanted someone to hair feather and hair dye experience and with Rae already looking like a Jack of all cards, I have him as the gay brother that dyes hair, feathers, fur, makes instruments like the Hurdy Gurdy, and other such things like carpentry, repair, some mech and vehicle repair experience, and other small odd jobs.

He isn't exactly enthusiastic about Rae's choice in mates though....

Still don't know if he should have scales and how many he actually SHOULD have when I make them if I do.
