I've affectionately, until they find a new home at least, named this design "Kelpie."
Kelpie is a Dutch Angel Dragon, with a little bit of a twist. Mostly because I felt like doing an aquatic sort of design! Very glade, lichen and flower crowns aesthetic, too. Kelpie is definitely a fan of nature outside the pond, that's for sure! Though with their webbed paws, pond-life is definitely a fan of them. Their tailfin and the conditions of their form are really up to you, I've provided a small drawing of their hindlegs/tail as well for feral form on all fours, or just for when the mood for leggies strikes you! Let your creativity go!
