Cyber basically showing off some of his abilities. Both a energy blade and his blaster. Hes got some other tricks up his metallic sleeves though. Seems hes rather enjoying this little fight hes having with a unknown assailant. One thing is for sure, the thing hes fighting probably isn't going to be too happy, or anything else for that matter, for much longer.
