  Tsar Parallel, is the leader of Silverstorm Faction, much like the general disposition of the entire faction, Parallel is quite mild natured as well. Both Parallel and his faction have a lot less to worry about than the other factions, so they tend to be more relaxed and easy going. Parallel is not particularly any different. Seemingly never in a rush, Parallel leads gently. Surprisingly, the other factions have never attempted to overthrow Silverstorm Faction and take their land; this is partially because it's so cold that none of them particularly want it, Windchill being the only other faction accustomed to the weather, and they are more flight than fight. 

  Being so isolated on snowy mountain peaks, they rarely get visitors but when they do, they are usually welcomed warmly, and the faction will do their best to help them.
