UPDATE (5/7/18): Another update! This one isn't as drastic as Aurora's, but I do like how his design looks a lot more here!
UPDATE (3/6/19): Yet ANOTHER update, this time I redrew him with an improved art style. I'm quite happy with how this old goat looks now! The only other change his got was that I replaced some of his accessories.
Up next, this crazy old goat by the name of Billy Hills. He's a very charming fellow, isn't he? He's an old friend of Noah's dad, Owen O'Possum, and a famous name on his own right, being the most popular banjo player in the entire Sunset Mountains. Don't be fooled by his looks, he's a real charmer and highly articulate fella- seriously. Stop laughing.
