He got a super power change from lightning to wind, ergo he also get a superhero name change.

Is he still a speedster? Because if so, the costume doesn't make it clear at all.

He's kinda still a speeder, but not in the way the Flash it. Jake uses wind/air powers.

I feel like you could make that a bit more obvious, like add some small jet wings or some vents for air to come out of. Right now, outside of the emblem, there isn't anything to indicate his powers.

I still like what you're doing with the character, it's just not the clearest design.

Those are good suggestions. Although his powers aren't technology based. They're genetically based. Jet wings and vents wouldn't really contribute anything. We did consider including a gliding modification to his costume but we decided it would be better if he can generate mini-tornadoes around his legs to help him fly.

Okay, I had a feeling that Jake is more of a flyer now, I just wasn't sure how. Maybe you should put more emphasis on the legs to indicate that's where his powers are focused. I still can't see that design flying around, but maybe it's just one of those things that look better in action.

On a related note, maybe you could provide a list of the team's powers or something like that. It's a little hard to tell with some of them.

You're probably right. It'll seem more clear once I draw a few action poses with them.
