Excellent job with the anatomy here :) That pose looks so awesome and it's just really neat to see how each of his limbs is trying to help hold him up! It's certainly a good thing that those ropes caught his fall... but I must admit that he looks perfectly set up for a bit of tickling in that vulnerable position ;)
