Here's a screeny of a pinup I'm working on right now. The girl is Maddy, short for Madoka, and the dude is her foster dad, Jack. Her nickname came first actually, haha - she used to be white, but I changed her to Japanese for plot reasons. Luckily there was a Japanese name that fit the nickname, lol.
She doesn't really look very Japanese right now. :I I have to fix her eyes - that's why I stopped to screenshot - PROCRASTINAAAATION. They're supposed to be 5ish and 19ish... do they look a bit too old to you guys? I think Maddy does especially.

Haha, yeah. Unless you wanted to increase her age to something like 13 (which doesn't sound like you want that), might wanna change the lips. The nose also looks big for a 5 year old.

that foster dads curley hair and expression spell "douchbag" for me- dunno if you were going for that. and yes- you should prolley work on making madoka look younger- she looks like shes a mature teen right now. and if i can get away with ONE more suggestion? i know its early, but since the tips of her hair are red, you should make the highlights in her hair redder as well, particularley where the dark-grey areas are right now. i cant wait to see this when your done:D are you going to post it to DA as well?
Ahah, yes, foster dad is a total douche - mostly he hates everyone except Maddy. And now that I've come back to it after taking a break, Maddy looks totally too old, she looks like a teeny bopper to me. :B I'm not entirely sure how I'll handle the hair yet, so I'll probably give your suggestion a go. I'm probably going to be putzing around with her hair-colour in general because she has it dyed various funky colours throughout her life, and I'm not sure what colour she would have had it at this stage. :B

Maddy is really cute; however, like most of the people have already said, she looks older than five. Maybe you should lighten her lips a bit? It kind of looks like she's wearing lipstick, which makes her look more mature.
