Patches When He Was Younger

This is my eldest dog Patches, Sadly he is getting worser as he gets older, today I found out that he has a tumor in his head and he slowly is going senial, He talks to the wall and sometimes just lays at a spot hardly breathing we asked the vet if we should have him put down but she said that he was not in pain simply frustrated with what goes on, and that why he screams and whines so badly..Still..I worry..I will be taking a pic of him now tomorrow.
