Part 1 of another really huge Commission job that I did for 
cooper42, that really works as a expansion of a part that was left out in the "Z.O.M.P." story.
At one point the girls got really drunk after a big dine at Po's restaurant, and then it was a quick cut over to the next morning where they were all hangover.
This one tells a lot more on what exactly happen during that time.

Things had started to innocently for them all.
What was a very unlikely cop trio of Judy Hopps, Penny Ling, and Tigress had earlier today been managing to prove back to all the doubters that they could actually be a very effective crime fighting team, after they took and arrested a robbing stallion by having the huge Panda girl press her massive sized belly against him and pin him to a wall.
This case of success was the boost of moral that all the girls really needed, as shortly afterwards they felt the need to celebrate it with a "Girl's Night Out". (With Penny Ling even having a great suggestion on were to go.)
She happen to be cousin to Po (A very world famous Kung Fu fighter and Sumo Wrestler.), who happen to have his very own restaurant located in Zootopia called "Pàng Xióngmāo".
At the restaurant the girls all got to eat more food then they could ever wish for, as well as getting to know new things about each other. (Like how Tigress actually had Po as one of her all time idols, and secret crushes.)
Things however went a bit to far later on, as after their huge meal Po wanted to offer some of his very own Baiju Wine for the three ladies to drink.
Having then both Po and Penny Ling assuring that it was nothing to worry about soon all three girls took a few shots from it, and they did feel that having some liquor in their bodies did help to make them feel "Warmer" and more "Social" with each other.
Penny Ling that often was so shy earlier now was a lot more bombastic and loud when she was talking (Acting a lot like she was one of the guys now), Tigress who was very cold with showing any emotions or sexual tensions could be seen now trying to hit on both Penny Ling and Po (As she was saying different types of pick-up lines, and even trying to open up her top a bit more so that she could charm them with her lovely rack), and Judy who was seen as the moral compass of the team and the one to always keep a very high level of moral and behaviour, was now the most vulgar and downright nastiest one of the three! (As she had during the late hours of the night been seen several times burping, farting, and scratching herself in places you really shouldn't be scratching when in public!)
Upon closing time was calling it was 2 in the night, and when looking to see how his cousin and friends was doing Po was pretty surprised to see how they had been emptying almost a whole bottle of Baiju Wine each, since there was now three empty bottles (And three very smashed up looking girls) sitting by the table!
Po knew that his cousin was one that could handle a glass or two at times, but even he was just a bit concern with the intoxicated state both she and her colleagues was in right now.
"Listen girls. I know I said that both food and drinks was on the house, but maybe you have all had a tad bit to much?" Po asked the group as Judy (Who was sitting closest to him) was climbing herself up onto the top of her chair and telling the big Panda straight in the eyes "H-h-h-Hey! Listen up! We decided when we have had...enough." before then letting out a huge burp into Po's face (Having a mouth breath that was really stinking of the liquor) and then falling backwards into her chair again.
"You have been having enough, as I am closing down my restaurant for the night." Po said as Judy could be heard booing loudly from it.
He decided to just ignore that as he then turned over to his cousin and asking very concern, "Should I make you company for the evening, just to make sure you get home safely?", to which Penny Ling assured him that it wouldn't be necessary.
"You trained me how to defend myself against strangers, cousin. Plus! I've got my two best cop friends with me, so together we can handle anything!" Penny Ling said in her very drunk sounding voice to Po, who despite seeing the real fighting spirit in his cousin's eyes still wasn't fully sure if it would be so wise to let them go like this.
"I still feel like maybe I should call for a taxi or something to drive you home." Po suggested to which he suddenly heard Tigress from behind him say, "I already called for one!" while holding up her phone to show that she had indeed ordered for a taxi to pick them up.
Finally Po was feeling like he could stop having to worry about their safety, as he just asked for them to "Wait outside for the taxi cab to show up." before then helping them get outside.
Standing outside the girls saw that it was overall a very decent night they had been given, as there was barley anyone else out on the streets and the full moon (Along with all the light up windows and neon signs) was really helping making them see everything very clearly.
"See girls? Didn't I say to my overprotective cousin that this is how calm and none-threatening a normal nigh in Zootopia is?" Penny Ling said as she really wasn't liking how at times Po was trying to be like her dad.
"We could always just ditch this stupid cab." Judy suggested before then asking herself, "But since we are all cops do you think that it can be brought up against us in some way?" (Really showing both a paranoid and confused a rulebook-worm like Judy could become after some drinks.)
"Here it comes now!" Tigress said with a grin on her face as Judy and Penny Ling was trying their hardest to spot any cabs, without actually being able to see one.
Once they heard a very small "beep! beep!" sound did the two other girls look downwards (With Penny Ling having to try and push her big belly in with both her arms to be able to see), and saw that the ride that Tigress had been calling for them was a taxi cab meant for rodents!
"Oh dear me! Looks like when I told Po that I had called for a cab to us I never looked after what sized I ordered!" Tigress said in an overly fake way of sounding shocked. (Proving that this was something she had been doing very well on purpose.)
"So...are any of you girls suppose to try and ride with me?" The very tine Mouse driver was asking the three giant sized ladies standing by his vehicle, and Tigress still being in her "act" was trying to press one of her toes through the sunroof of the cab!
"I have been told that my toes are the sizes of little Hamsters, so maybe I can just balance on it while carrying you two on my back?" Tigress asked her friends as she was having way to fun with filling up the tiny cab with her barefoot little fuzzy toe. (Which the Mouse driver also being inside of said cab wasn't finding as funny, as her toe was pinning him against the door.)
After some more of her drunken nonsense Tigress lifted her foot back out of the cab and placed it back into her sandal, saying "It doesn't seem like we will be able to ride with you. So sorry for my mistake in the booking." as the tiny Mouse driver took the chance to quickly escape the scene before the crazy Tiger lady would try have her Panda friend try sitting on him or something!
Once the mini cab was out of sight Tigress looked over at her two companions and said, "Well, looks like the Taxi idea is out! Seems like we will have to walk instead now! Can't say to Po that we didn't try at least.", as both Judy and Penny Ling now knew that this meant they still had the entire night for themselves to go wild on now!
