Alien Concept Art
This is some personal art I did the last few days. This character is someone from a oneshot comic I wrote recently, and I wanted to try and get a design for him with my editor's feedback.
As you can plainly see he's sort of a riff on Frieza and his species, but my editor thought the deisgn was both too complex and way too Toriyama. So he had my simplify it twice and lessen the overt 'Toriyama'-ness of it. I really like his final design! It feels greatto be working on comic stuff.
