~ ABOUT THE SPECIES:
This species is called Canis Lumen and it was made by Areot. The glow is based on bioluminescence. There are 3 subspecies of this canine:
Canis Lumen Ardens - always emits light
Canis Lumen Vespere - emits light in the dark
Canis Lumens Vibrante - emits light as a way to communicate.

~ ABOUT THE CHARACTER:
This is a male, very common Lumen with friendly and social nature. He belongs to the subspecies Ardens, that means he uses his glowing as a way to communicate with others, or when feeling strong positive emotions (with his tail wagging ^^).
Each Canis Lumen is unique. Even twins have different markings.
