Herein is a character that has been on my mind for a good solid length of time. I gotta admit, this anthro Hoopa is one that I've been meaning to get taken care of, and I was finally able to, thanks to the awesome  Dragonsushi

For now, I'm naming him Herro. Pronounced Hair-row

Quite the mischievous but flippant individual. Never really can tell what he'll do next, but you can be sure it'll be something he'll likely enjoy.

I'll be honest about this one. I don't have a lot to put up with this character, because I haven't put too much down for their tendencies, personality, or much else. This was just a rough concept that I got taken care of, and it's developed into it's own thing. I'll figure something out eventually.

Anyway, here's my mono-gendered Hoopa Confined Anthro, a being with abilities you'd expect from a Hoopa, along with a few unique twists all done through his hoops. For now, this is just a showcase of them. I might start figuring out gender, but the design is meant to be as ambiguous as possible, so it kinda works.

I'll update this when I figure out more.
